Things to Do in Emu Park

Things to see and do in Emu Park, Emu Park highlights, Emu Park activities and attractions, and points of interest in Emu Park - the ALL NEW Jasons Emu Park Things to Do Guide is your complete guide to sightseeing in Emu Park.

  • Crocodile Farm
The scenic drive from Emu Park to Yeppoon is a worthwhile one, or if driving from Rockhampton you will pass the Koorana Crocodile Farm.
  • The Singing Ship Monument
The Singing Ship is a remarkable musical sculpture on the headland, south the main beach. The sculpture is dedicated to James Cook who named Keppel Bay on 27 May 1770. Because of the onshore breezes the ship ‘sings’ almost constantly. It is a beautiful sight, especially on a fine day. The design was by Mrs C. M. Westmoreland who won a local competition aimed at commemorating the 200th Anniversary of Cook's discovery of Australia.
  • The Emu Park Museum
The Emu Park Museum which has monuments from the Keppel Coasts' past is also worth a look.
