There are many and varied boat hire options – a self-drive houseboat sleeping up to eight people; a tinny, pontoon boat or half-cabin cruiser for a fishing trip; sailing boats, paddle skis, jet skis and waterskiing. For that special occasion or just for the fun of it, take a ride in a Venetian gondola – private dinner cruises for up to six people, transfers to riverfront venues, sunset and full moon cruises and any other imaginable reason to experience the romance of the river.

Tewantin. There are several other art galleries selling works by local and overseas artists in the Noosa area – the Peter Lik Gallery and Beachside Art Gallery in Hastings Street, Urban Livingroom Art and Design Gallery and Phillip Morgan Gallery of Modern Art at
Noosaville, Liquid Glass Gallery and Frances Reilly Gallery inland at
Eumundi.
To market, to market Soak up the relaxing market atmosphere while shopping for local and imported art and craft, fresh
produce, plants, specialty foods, natural therapies, clothing, furniture and souvenirs. The famous Eumundi Markets, just 20km west of Noosa, are held every Wednesday and Saturday mornings and offer a huge range of all of the above plus bands and buskers. At the Noosa Harbour Marine Village Markets you can combine waterfront dining, café culture and ferry rides with your market shopping – held every Sunday morning. Held every second and fourth Sunday, the Noosa Farmers Markets (AFL grounds) and the Pomona Markets (main street) are the places to buy locally grown produce and exotic and native plants. South of Noosa at Peregian the beachside markets held every first, third and fifth Sunday of the month focus on art and craft.
