Alpenrail is a model of incredible craftsmanship covering an area of about 2 average houses. It recreates Switzerland's Bernese Alps, its alpine villages, forests and lakes, and of course the railways of the area. The display runs to a computer program and lets you experience dramatic thunderstorms, exquisite sunsets and our morning mist over one of the lakes. Just absolute magic! Recently we have added our 'Wildwoods Realm of Faery' - a lovely garden with ponds, waterfalls, and of course the fairies. Enter our Faery House with its dioramas of miniature fairies and stroll through the gardens featuring an authentic Austrian horse-drawn sleigh from the 1800s.
