Lake Leake is a small village on the shores of a lake of the same name. Named for Charles Leake, an early pioneer in the Campbell Town district, it is located halfway between Campbell Town and Swansea, just off the Midlands Highway. A hotel is located at the southern end of the lake, about 2km from the main road.
Lake Leake is the source for the Elizabeth River, which flows through Campbell Town. The area is noted for its scenery and is a popular trout fishing and picnic spot.
