Things to Do in West Coast

• West Coast Wilderness Railway
  The historic West Coast Wilderness Railway, which runs between Regatta Point and Queenstown, taking in the Lychford Goldmine and Rinadeena Gemstone Mine during the 35km journey. Trains run throughout the day, seven days a week.
• Cruises
  Cruises on Macquarie Harbour passing through Hells Gates and landing at Sarah Island for a guided tour, acknowledged as one of the best in the world, and up the Gordon River to Heritage Landing to view a grove of ancient Huon pine.
• Sightseeing
  World Heritage Scenic seaplane flights from Strahan around Macquarie Harbour or to the Teepookana Rainforest Plateau. Day trips or scenic flights to the Franklin-Gordon Wild Rivers National Park (from Strahan).
