Set in rolling orchard countryside, Mont De Lancey was built in 1882 as the home of the Sebire family. The house features handmade bricks, 12 foot high ceilings and wide verandah taking in panoramic views of the Yarra Valley and surrounding ranges. Featuring a purpose-built museum which highlights the district's domestic, sporting, cultural and economic activity since the 1880s. Martha's Tea Room originally built as a milking shed in the 1920s has been converted to a comfortable area for snacks, fresh berries in season and Martha's Devonshire tea. Open Wednesday-Sunday. Closed Good Friday, Christmas Day & Boxing Day
