The Waidroka Bay Resort provides boat transfers to Frigates Pass, as well as the other reef breaks along this stretch of coast. Sigatoka has a beach break for less experienced surfers.
  • Fishing
All types of fishing are available with occasional village fish drives, where the fish are netted in shallow water.
  • Rafting
Bilibili rafting (rafts made from bamboo) is a popular day trip and may include a village visit and Sigatoka cave exploration.
  • Cycling
Most of the resorts have mountain bikes available. The inland roads are challenging and caution should be exercised.
  • Beach activities

  • Island visits
Day visits can be taken to the Mamanuca Islands or to Robinson Crusoe Island off the south-western coast.
