  • Fishing
    Sea Fiji (based in Nadi) offer a range of options for fishing and sight-seeing, including full and half day cruises, game fishing, trolling, reef fishing and Island hopping.
  • Scenic Flights
    Island Hoppers (based in Nadi) run sightseeing trips taking in the stunning islands and reefs of the Mamanuca Islands.
  • Watersports Activities
    All resorts offer a range of watersports activities which may include sailing and windsurfing, paddle boards, coral viewing, snorkelling, diving, jet-skiing, wake boarding, banana boats and paraflying. 
  • Diving 
    Most of the island resorts offer diving and Aqa Blue Dive & Snorkel (based in Nadi) also uses many dive sites throughout the islands. The Mamanuca group is ideal for learner divers, with several PADI operations geared towards dive training. Plantation Cove, Musket Cove, Treasure Island and Castaway all offer professional dive operations with some excellent dive sites. Tokoriki and Matamanoa offer top-end diving while the Beachcomber - a marine reserve - is ideal for those on a tighter budget. Mana Island specialises in more adventurous sites.
  • Snorkelling
    The warm waters and reef-fringed lagoons are ideal for viewing the colourful tropical fish and corals. For those who prefer to keep their head out of the water, there are floatboards with a viewing window.
  • Surfing
    There are good surf breaks in the southern Mamanucas, with resorts on Tavarua and Namotu catering mostly for surfers. Cloudbreak, Wilkes, Namotu Left, Swimming Pools and Lighthouse are among the world renowned surfing breaks on the southern edge of the Mamanucas. There are boat trips from Tavarua out to Cloud Break. 
  • Kids' Clubs
    Many of the resorts offer children's clubs that provide a wide range of activities.
  • Island visits
    There are daily excursions to other islands in the group, some of which include a village visit.
  • Golf
    Beachcomber & Treasure have a mini nine-hole putting course while Plantation Island Resort offers a full nine-hole course.
  • Sailing Charters
    Musket Cove Resort on Malololailai Island provides the main marina for the region with refuelling, shopping and services. Charter yachts are available. The annual Musket Cove Regatta is a magnet for yachties from all over the world.
