A warm welcome to Cricklewood House which is situated in Tinwald Ashburton, an hour away from Christchurch Airport which if you are travelling south to Mt Cook or Queenstown is a perfect place to spend a night, or if you are leaving New Zealand it is a peaceful place to spend a quiet night. Our property is situated very near to State Highway 1 only a couple of minute's away.
Cricklewood House is a purpose-build house with guests' comfort in mind. We have a king size bed with an ensuite, also tea making facilities, a queen size bed with a shared bathroom and tea making facilities and one room with two single beds with a shared bathroom.
We can supply dinner with 24hr's notice, which is served in a formal dining room, or alternatively there are some good restaurants within 5 minutes of Cricklewood House.
David and Gyneth are retired farmers who are still interested in farming and are willing to answer any questions about farming. We are also interested in sports and gardening, embroidery, cooking and meeting people from all over the world. We have been hosting guests for over 20 years and look forward to meeting you.
