Welcome to our beautiful modern sunny home with a private and peaceful garden, and sunny decks adjacent to a nature tree reserve. Only 5km/5mins from the city centre, marina and restaurants.
Whangarei is Northland's main centre with a beautiful harbour, wonderful parks and walks on the Heads and numerous sandy beaches.
Refreshments are available on arrival. In the morning we eat breakfast outside on the deck. Your hosts also speak Dutch and German.

Choose from our three bedrooms. Each of the delightful spacious bedrooms have a king/twin or queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, hair dryer and toiletries. The guest lounge has coffee and tea making facilities, refrigerator, microwave, TV, video and video library, and stereo. Off-street parking. Laundry and internet access. Children are welcome.

If you are staying longer we can also offer a four bedroom self-contained holiday home; just bring your luggage and enjoy your stay. Please inquire.
In the evenings, relax and enjoy a drink with us in the garden.

Visit the world famous Whangarei Kiwi House, and see the New Zealand iconic bird up close, walk through the majestic kauri timber forest park with a treetop boardwalk only a short drive away, named after the famous New Zealand author A.H. Reed, and check the time at the popular Clapham Clock Museum. Or just relax and spend a day at one of the many sandy harbour beaches.

Within 30 minutes enjoyable drive is the beautiful and much painted Tutukaka Coast. The pristine beaches are white and large with excellent swimming, and this coast has the best sub-tropical diving in New Zealand. Stop and see the spectacular panoramic seaviews of Cape Brett, Matapouri Bay and the Poor Knights Islands.

The Bay of Islands are also only a scenic one hour drive from Tealmere Grove B&B. Here you swim with the dolphins and visit the historic Treaty House.
