Playing Golf in Auckland
Auckland's cheap green fees and scenic courses make it the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing round of golf. New Zealand has more golf courses per capita than any other country in the world (over 400 for a population of 4 million). Most clubs are public or semi-private (there are very few members-only clubs) so visitors can find plenty of golfing action.
Green Fees
New Zealand offers exceptional value for golfers, with an average green fee of about $50. Prices range from about $20 for a public course up to $100 for a championship course.
