The Lodge has its own entrance and garden on a three acre rural site at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Secluded but not isolated.

This is the place for those who want freedom to come and go as they please – to spend time exploring the wonderful Marlborough countryside, to laze away the hours in the sunshine on their own private sundeck, to read a book in the comfort of their own sitting room or to entertain friends. One could live here for months – some people do!

Newly converted, Arwen Lodge offers totally self-contained accommodation for two people, with a pleasant sitting/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, bedroom with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a small laundry. Air-conditioning/heating make it comfortable in all weathers and all seasons.

Gourmets will love being so close to the best vineyards and restaurants, whilst those of a more energetic nature can borrow our mountain bikes and cycle round the vineyard trail, or play golf at the course three minutes drive away, or go sailing/kayaking on the Marlborough Sounds and tramping on the Queen Charlotte Trail.

Blenheim, Picton, Havelock are all only a short drive away, as is the airport.
