Traditional Country Preserves is a unique gourmet preservery, offering food lovers tastings of exquisitely presented gourmet foods. Using mainly local produce and following traditional family recipes, the preserves and jams, including sugar free/gluten free products, are renowned for their quality and flavour. We use the natural sweetener Xylitol to replace sugar in our sugar free products as we do not use artificial preservatives. Pinot Noir jelly is unique while Crab Apple Jelly and Pear Ginger are old favourites. Chilli jam and Marlborough Cocktail Garlic are other popular choices. Our beautiful gift baskets are suitable for many occasions and can be personalized with your choice of colours, special products etc, or chose one of the standard baskets on our website. We can send your basket or preserves anywhere in New Zealand. Our shop displays a wide range of kitchenware, gifts, pottery and local art.
