Our peaceful home, shared with our spoilt cats, Bubble and Dunlop is nestled on a large section of landscaped gardens. We are 4km to the picturesque town centre, close to the numerous restaurants, cafes and antique shops. Crafts are also an important part of Cambridge and Margie, a fanatic patchworker has created quilts for both the comfortable beds, in the private guest wing of our home.

Both of us spent our working life in the aviation industry and miss the contact of our fellow travellers, now that we are semi-retired. We are very keen gardeners, read widely and love the outdoors, boating and fishing. Dave has a keen interest in motorcycles, and we offer any fellow motorcyclists secure parking for your bikes.

We offer cooked or continental breakfasts inclusive in the tariff. A 3-course dinner with your hosts is available by prior arrangement, at the cost of $40 per person, including a glass of wine.

Hamilton International Airport and Mystery Creek Convention Centre are 10 minutes away. Close by, Lake Karapiro is able to offer rowing, water-skiing, jet-boating and kayaking. One hour’s drive and you could be south in Rotorua, or east, in the Bay of Plenty, at the seaside towns of Tauranga and Mt Maunganui. Southwest takes you to the Waitomo Caves. North, Auckland International Airport is 2 hour's drive. So, we are centrally located for the numerous activities of our area.
