Filled with handsome antique furniture, delightful stained glass, elaborately carved fireplaces, board and batten ceilings, original patchwork, artworks and a cosy library are yours to enjoy.

The separate upstairs guest wing with two lovely rooms ensures comfort and privacy. Choose from either the charming Queen room with ensuite or the super-king/twin with private bathroom (includes shower and clawfoot bath).

Enjoy a generous and leisurely full English breakfast served at a time to suit in the formal dining room. Choose from a selection of cereals and fruit, homemade preserves, tender bacon and eggs, sauteed mushrooms or potatoes and breakfast sausages, plus piping hot tea and coffee.

Let us help you arrange your day. Maybe a stroll across the village green to explore the local shopping centre complete with antiques, old books, art galleries and restaurants - we can recommend our favourites. Or perhaps a stud farm tour? Cambridge is after all the centre of New Zealand's world-famous thoroughbred horse industry. Or perhaps you could try your hand at fishing, surfing, golf, bicycle hire, heritage walks, kayaking, jetboating or museums.

We can also arrange half day and full day personalised tours of the area including sumptuous lunch. Learn about the exciting eco-friendly pest-free fence project at Maungatautari Island Reserve and see the Highland cattle.

Park House is also ideally located for exploring the Waikato region, including easy day trips to the Waitomo Caves and the tourist mecca of Rotorua. There is so much to explore, we recommend a two night stay.
