We warmly welcome you to our sunny, spacious and comfortable home which is set in large picturesque gardens. We are on a back section, well away from the street and therefore very quiet.

There are two guest rooms, each with a queen size bed and their own ensuite bathroom. One of these rooms opens onto a deck overlooking the swimming pool and the other opens onto a deck set in attractive gardens. Both rooms have very comfortable beds with electric blankets. Each room also has a TV, electric heating, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a clock radio.

The large lounge receives all-day sun and opens onto a garden deck. A sunroom/TV room with the same aspect is available as a private guest lounge. Laundry facilities and off-street parking are available.

Leisurely and delicious breakfasts are served at a time to suit you. Home cooking is always available. For your evening meal, there is a choice of four restaurants only 10 minutes walk away.

The city centre is 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus. There is a regular bus service with a stop only two minutes walk from your gate.

We offer you a warm, friendly and hospitable stay. We both have travelled, have a wide range of interests and love meeting people. We are happy to help you on your NZ trip and will do our utmost to help you have a delightful and memorable visit.
