We are ideally situated to access the Penguins, Albatross, Sea lions, Fur seals. Larnach castle is a five minute drive away and a myriad of Walking Tracks are within easy reach.

Located just past Macandrew Bay, we are an easy fifteen minutes drive to the city.

Enjoy panoramic views from your own deck, over Otago Harbour. You have the choice of self-contained or B&B. Arts Content is cottage style accommodation decorated with country style furniture which lends charm and character. It adjoins our home with private entrances and exits and off street parking.

Leading off the spacious, Queen Bed, bedroom is your own ensuite. Upstairs is a comfortable lounge, dining, kitchen. A comfortable sofa bed in the lounge allows sleeping for a child or an extra adult.

Step through the French Doors to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun while you take in the harbour views or a glass of wine as you watch the gorgeous sunsets.

We provide a generous, basket breakfast comprising eggs, a choice of cereal, fruit juice, fresh fruit in season, a selection of jam, fresh crusty bread, home made muffins, plunger coffee and English Breakfast Tea.
