See octopus, crayfish, seahorses, sharks and pigfish in this unique Aquarium. Get a close peek at a hermit crab, or stroke a spiny starfish in the fascinating touch pools. Meet a life-size replica of a colossal squid!
A scenic 30-minute drive from the centre of Dunedin, the Aquarium at Portobello is a great place to start your wildlife tour of the Otago Peninsula. Suits all ages and all weather! Hours of opening: Open every day except for Christmas Day. Daily 12 noon 4.30pm, or join a personalised Guided Tour at 10.30am. Admission: Aquarium Entry: Adult $12, Child $6, Family $24.
