The Twilight Wildlife Experience is Dunedin's original small-group wildlife tour (est. 1982). Designed to let you see and do more, it has access to the very best viewing areas on Otago Peninsula. The Twilight is part of a private conservation effort to save the world's most endangered penguin from extinction. A visit to the award-winning Yellow-eyed Penguin Conservation Reserve, the home of the best penguin viewing in New Zealand, is the highlight of the day. While penguins are our specialty, the Twilight also offers excellent viewing opportunities of many other indigenous animals that include Royal Albatross, shags (cormorants), Little Blue Penguins, Fur Seals and Sea Lions, wading birds and waterfowl. Most being within close proximity with your friendly and experienced guides to make your day a real New Zealand experience to remember.
