Take a guided tour of the Feilding Saleyards, which are uniquely located in the heart of Feilding’s Edwardian town centre. Learn the fascinating history of selling livestock, one of New Zealand’s oldest traditions, that dates back to the 1880’s while wandering through the 330 sheep pens with the auction process in action.

Feilding’s Farmers Markets are held each Friday from 9am till 2pm in Manchester Square, beside the clock tower. Locally grown fresh produce and added value products can by purchased direct from the producers. Stalls include chicken, venison, eggs, wine, pate, fudge, preserves, flowers, plants, baking, breads, seasonal fruits and veggies, herbal teas, pesto and hummus and much more......
