Our motel is new having opened in June 2002. All our units have park views.

We offer studio units, one bedroom units with small kitchen facilities plus large spa baths. Our units are serviced daily.
We have SKY TV and every unit has an Broadband internet access. Breakfast is available and as we are centrally located, we are close to the best Hamilton restaurants.

Serviced Apartments

Brand new 2 & 3 bedroom apartments are now available. Ideal for long stays or people on transfer. These units feature full kitchens with ovens and dishwashers. The also have 2 bathrooms and spa baths. The units are fully furnished and are serviced twice a week.

Central city

As well as being adjacent to the Waikato Stadium our motel is also central city. We are within easy walking distance to the Hamilton squash & tennis club, the Founders theatre, the golf driving range, river walks and central city. Hamilton has great shopping complexes, all under cover, as well as many fine restaurants to choose from. Or you may prefer a stroll in the park which is just across the road from our motel.
