The house is set in 250 acres of rolling Waikato farmland and features 360-degree panoramic views of rural countryside framed by distant mountain ranges. Architecturally designed with large open-plan living. Large windows provide a spectacular view and rooms are bathed in sunlight all year round.

You are welcome to watch the daily life and activities of a New Zealand dairy farm, see the cows being milked. Children are welcome.

Choose from queen or double bedrooms, all with ensuite or private bathrooms, private entrance, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. In the morning enjoy a continental or full hearty farm breakfast. After a busy day sit out on the deck and enjoy the tranquil night watching the stars or perhaps a game of tennis on the flexipave court. Lamb roasts or Kiwi barbecue available on request.

Ideally located close to Hamilton, on the northern outskirts, only 11/2hours to Auckland and an easy drive from the main highway (SH1). Auckland International Airport is only 11/4 hours away, stay your last night in new Zealand in the countryside, or relax here after the long flight to New Zealand.

The Club House is handy to golf courses and tourist facilities in Hamilton.

It is within easy drive of swimming pool complexes, parks, Raglan, horse riding facilities, Mystery Creek Events Centre 30 minutes.

The therapeutic hot pools at Waingaro are close by for a taste of New Zealand thermal attractions.

New Zealand's famous Candyland is a few kilometres down the road where visitors can view traditional candy being made.
