The Dolphin Encounter tour is a viewing and/or swimming tour with the flamboyant and sociable dusky dolphins. These mammals are spectacular oceanic acrobats and their brilliance will utterly impress you.
Advance bookings are essential for passengers wishing to swim with the dolphins as numbers are restricted by Department of Conservation permits. Only small numbers of passengers on each tour are able to swim but there is no limit on passenger numbers able to view the dolphins.
