Lynne, John and Oscar our friendly cat welcome you to Austin Heights, situated on a prime site on the Kaikoura Peninsula with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Austin Heights is close to Kaikoura's unique attractions – Whalewatch, Dolphin Encounter, the seal colony, local winery and the town centre only minutes away.

We have two new luxury and spacious ensuite units situated upstairs with large sliding doors opening directly out onto a sunny balcony where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine and admire our stunning view. They are both equipped with quality furnishings, each with TV, stereo, heating, hair dryers, bathrobes, heated towel rails, excellent beds, electric blankets and complimentary fruit and chocolates.

We have two new ensuite units elevated above our home, which are well equipped with quality bedding and furnishings, kitchenette, fridge, microwave, heating, double glazing in all rooms, hair dryers, heated towel rails, electric blankets, TV, tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary chocolates. Our guests always compliment us on our warm welcome, friendly hospitality, homely atmosphere and our prize-winning gardens.

We serve a generous continental breakfast or a cooked menu is available to those who would like it at an extra cost. We have plenty of off-street parking.
