We invite you to stay in our quiet and sunny colonial villa situated on Bluff Hill. Relax in a spacious room, with ensuite. King size or twin single beds with fine cotton linen, duvets, electric blankets, plump pillows and robes are available for your comfort. Enjoy lounge seating, TV, heater, fan, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary refreshments in your room.

Unwind with a walk around our half-acre garden or take in the view from our guest lounge or upstairs sunroom. Complete the day with a magazine and coffee on our verandah. Napier city is just a 10 minute walk or a three minute drive from our place.

Prior to indulging your tastebuds at one of the many excellent local restaurants join us on the verandah or in the lounge for complimentary tasting of local wine and produce. In the morning you can choose your breakfast from the menu of local foods and homemade delights. We make every effort to make your stay extra special and memorable.

To find us, from the Napier i-SITE, drive north along Marine Parade, turn left into Coote Road, right into Thompson Road. Drive up the hill and directly in front of the water tower, turn left into Cobden Road. At the end of Cobden Road turn right into Cobden Crescent. We are number 1 on the right hand side with off road parking on the drive through driveway. When booking, please advise of any special dietary requirements. We have two unobtrusive cats in residence.
