Biddle, Briar and Dillon Cottages, all built in 1864, are situated in New Zealand's oldest fully preserved street. South Street is ideally located in a quiet part of central Nelson City. Restaurants, theatres, galleries and our famous Saturday Market are a few minutes easy stroll.

The cottages have the cosy, colonial charm of the 1800s and have been tastefully restored with modern comforts of today. This includes two double or queen bedrooms, full laundry, bathroom, and kitchen facilities, phone, TV, video and stereo (including a selection of music). A self-service breakfast is provided. All linen is supplied and extra servicing is by arrangement if required. The cosy wood fires, the quiet intimacy and the central location all contribute to make our South Street Cottages an ideal winter hideaway.

A cottage makes a great base for summer holidays from where you can enjoy all of Nelson's summer offerings including swimming, kayaking, fishing, walking, wine trails, art galleries, potteries and the attractions that Nelson has to offer. Or you can relax in the quiet garden courtyard with a book.

Your pet is welcome by prior arrangement.
