An 'Aladdin's Cave' of the earth's gems, minerals and rock treasures. Souvenirs. Open 9am to 5pm every day except Christmas Day. Admission and parking are free. A gem of a place. While on holiday take time to explore a huge warehouse of tempting treasures from around New Zealand and the world. Over 1000sq m displaying gemstones, crystals, minerals, fossils and shells. Lovely jewellery made of gemstones, jade, bone and shells. Beautiful marble-ware. Unique natural gifts can be found for almost any occasion and any size purse.
