Large, comfotable farmhouse on State Highway 3 offering warm friendly hospitality with homemade food, homegrown meat, fruit and vegetables with dinner by arrangement.
Guests can experience a lifestyle of farming including visiting a modern computerised milking shed, view our beef cattle and thoroughbred racehorses on our 80 hectare (200 acre) farm surrounded by dairy farms. The garden is large and rambling and gives a great deal of pleasure. On arrival you will be greeted by Holly, an adorable miniature fox terrier, Peanut and Bubbles our 2 outside cats.
In summer relax by the swimming pool, walk, visit nearby Waitomo Caves or the two golf courses nearby. For evening entertainment enjoy playing on our pool table.
Our location is central in the North Island of New Zealand and is easily accessible to Rotorua, Auckland, or the Bay of Plenty. Short or longer stays are welcome.
Visiting New Zealand and Australia works well together.
