Situated only 90 minutes north of
Auckland, Pakiri Beach offers the best of the picturesque north. Renowned for its 9km-long white sandy beach, the small coastal community of Pakiri Beach has many activities for visitors, including swimming, surfing, beach fishing and kayaking in the estuary. There are four golf courses near Pakiri Beach, and glass-bottom boat tours at the nearby Goat Island marine reserve.
