- Hacienda Motor Lodge is located in the heart of Palmerston North which is the largest city in the Manawatu region of New Zealand. The regions dramatic, diverse landscape offers new and unique possibilities, including the southern hemispheres largest windfarm dominating the eastern skyline.
- 1 1/2 hours to Wellington city/ferry terminal.
- 2 hours to Hawkes Bay, 3 hours to Taupo, Tongariro National Park skifields.
Two minutes walk
From some of the best bars, cafes and restaurants in the Manawatu region. Stroll down Broadway District and indulge in some retail therapy. Enjoy a show at the Regent on Broadway, or a movie at the Downtown Cinema complex. Walk past the stunning Palmerston North Cathedral, picnic in the Square.

Studio units
Studio units sleep 1-3 adults and have a separate kitchen with fridge, double hot plate and microwave for cooking small meals.
One bedroom units
These sleep 1-2 adults but have the added comfort of a separate lounge complete with leather lounge suite with recliner. The open plan kitchenette also has a fridge, double hot plate and microwave oven.
Two bedroom units
These units accommodate up to 4 adults comfortably. One bedroom has a king size bed which can be made into two single beds if necessary. Each unit has a separate kitchen with fridge, microwave and a full stove.
Apartments
Larger again and more spacious than most motel rooms, both the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments will sleep 5 adults in comfort. The apartments are two storey with an open plan kitchen, large dining/living area, oven, stove and microwave, fridge/freezer, a laundry with washing machine, and toilet downstairs. Upstairs consists of bedrooms and bathroom with toilet.
Ideal long term accommodation for families on transfer, people needing short term family living, or for those people simply requiring a spacious living environment.

- Single studio $99 (when booking direct); double/twin $110-$230; quad $165-$230; luxury suite $155; extra person $20.
