Get yourself to Coronet Peak's Bike Park for an exhilarating summer alpine experience that's great value and fun for the whole family - just 20 minutes drive from downtown Queenstown! Whether you enjoy cruising along or blazing downhill, The Peak has lift-served trails to suit both novice and seasoned mountain bike enthusiasts alike.
Mountain biking junkies can push themselves to the limit and ride uphill, or take the chair and then navigate the best way down the varied trails, from technical to smooth and flowing. If freestyle is your thing, get into the mini park with jumps, berms, see-saws and balancing challenges.
Families can ride the Coronet Express chair lift to the top of the mountain to sightsee and explore NZ's native sub-alpine flora or indulge in the vast scenery with views of the Southern Lakes. Enjoy a light lunch and glass of wine on the deck or play chess whilst taking in all the downhill action.
