Eyris Blue Pearls from New Zealand are the rarest of all pearls. Paua or 'Haliotis Iris', the colourful host shell of the pearls, is only found in the clear, pure waters of New Zealand. The pearls are very difficult to culture, taking up to three years in the shell.
