Hi and welcome to Aria's Farm. We are normal everyday people and know what we want on holiday – so that's what we offer you! We don't make a big fuss here, but make sure the important things are top quality - a very comfortable bed and a hearty breakfast. Our home is practically brand new, yet you feel comfortable slouching on the couch or letting the kids run free.

Our 3 acres is the best of both worlds. We are situated within the town area, but still remain 'farmy' with around 50 chooks, several pigs and the children's pets. There is lots of space for kids to play safely, off-street parking, and private tree-lined boundaries so you think you are the only ones around. Yet the city bus will pick you up just past the gate!

We have large, comfortable beds – mostly queen and king, with private or ensuite bathrooms. Central heating and air-conditioning keep you cosy in winter and cool in summer. The decks are extensive, overlooking our garden and activity area. Our luxury spa and relaxing massage chair are perfect compliments to a busy day sightseeing.

Over breakfast we will give you a free local map with a run-down of the sights and adventures available locally, and help with bookings. You will get a security pass to come and go as you please during the day, and are free to use the facilities as you wish. Although we love meeting new people, we won't expect you to make small talk when all you want is a drink and rest!
