You are welcome to share our warm sunny home as a B&B guest. We pride ourselves on our warm hospitality. A special breakfast is served after a peaceful night's sleep. The panaoramic views of the mountains and lake have been described as 'breathtaking'.

We are close to many of Taupo's thermal activities and Huka Falls; also only 45 minutes from Rotorua (many of our guests decide to stay an extra night and go to Rotorua for the day).

Come and have dinner with us (24hrs notice please) where we are happy to cater for allergies. Relax over a glass or two of good wine and watch our magnificent sunsets.

Or you may prefer our bright self-contained apartment with full kitchen, dishwasher and microwave, DVD player and a good selection of CDs, games and books.

It has a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. There is a large comfy bedsettee in the lounge area. Breakfast provisions are provided.

10% discount for 3 or more nights

We operate a smoke-free home. We do have friendly lab - Josh, but he is not allowed in any of the guest accommodation. Disabled access.
Cancellation policy: a credit card number or NZ cheque is required on booking. This will not be used unless there is a 'no-show' or the 48hr cancellatiion policy is not adhered to. However, a 20% deposit is required for peak times eg Christmas, New Year, Easter and all Taupo's special events.
