From the Red Coat of the Imperial Forces to the Blue Beret of today's Peacekeepers, the Army Museum is a place where visitors can pay tribute to the sacrifices of all those involved and remember the personal tragedy of war. Open daily 9am-4.30pm (except Christmas Day). Group rates available. Rations Cafe, gift shop, research centre. Located 1.5 hours south of Taupo, 20 minutes from Ohakune.
