Brown room has ensuite and own entrance. Blue room has private bathroom with shower and bath. Delicious cooked breakfast at a time to suit you.

Island Bay is a very handy seaside suburb, set on the picturesque south coast. We have three good local restaurants within easy walking distance or eight minutes by car to swinging Courtenay Place with a great variety of places to eat. There is an excellent bus service into the city (which many guests choose to do - for $6 per person, one daytripper bus pass allows you to travel all over the city and suburbs, hopping on and off the bus as you like).

Wellington is a beautiful harbour city, cultural, sociable and compact enough to easily get around to Te Papa Museum, theatres, shopping, stadium, ferries and airport.
