Extended Ferry Information
Three ferry companies operate in Samoa.
Samoa Shipping Corp The first, a passenger and vehicle ferry service, operates between Upolu and Savaii. Book with the
Samoa Shipping Corporation in Apia or in Salelologa. The Lady Naomi ferry also operates between Upolu and American Samoa once a week.
Passenger Fare one way – Adult WS$7, child (2-12 years) WS$4.
Vehicle charges one-way range from WS$40-S$75. Please check schedule and fare prices with the Samoa Shipping Corporation before departure. Upolu to Savaii, departs Mulifanua Wharf
Lady Samoa II: Monday & Wednesday to Saturday 8am, 12 noon & 4pm; Tuesday 4pm; Sunday 12 noon & 4pm.
Tausala Salafai: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 6am; Tuesday 8am & 12 noon. Savaii to Upolu, departs Salelologa Wharf
Lady Samoa II: Monday to Saturday, 6am, 10am & 2pm; Tuesday 6am; Sunday 10am & 2pm.
Tausala Salafa: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 4pm. Inter Island Express Services The second company,
Inter Island Express Services, operates a passenger only fast ferry service between Upolu and Savaii. Tickets can be purchased from Mulifanua and Salelologa Wharves. Passenger Fare one way – Adult/Child WS$10.
Upolu to Savaii, departs Mulifanua Wharf
Tausala Cedar o Samoa: Monday to Tuesday 7.25am, 11.25am & 3.25pm; Wednesday 11.25am & 3.25pm; Thursday to Saturday 7.25am, 11.25am & 3.25pm; Sunday 3.25pm.
Savaii to Upolu, departs Salelologa Wharf
Tausala Cedar o Samoa: Monday to Tuesday 6.15am, 9.25am & 1.25pm; Wednesday 9.25am & 1.25pm; Thursday to Saturday 6.15am, 9.25am & 1.25pm; Sunday 1.25pm.
Nauer Shipping Services The third company, Nauer Shipping Services, operates a passenger and vehicle ferry service between Upolu and Savaii. Tickets can be purchased at the Mulifanua and Salelologa Wharves.
Passenger Fare one way is WS$5.

Lady Ursula: Mondays 5.30am; Tuesday to Saturday 5.30am, 9.30am & 1.30pm. Savaii to Upolu Departs Salelologa Wharf
Lady Ursula: Mondays 7.30am; Tuesday to Saturday 7.30am, 11.30am & 3.30pm. Lady Ursula does not operate on Sunday.

Manono Island Boats
The boats to Manono Island do operate to a set timetable, but can be arranged on site at Manono-uta at the western end of Upolu Island, down the road from the Mulifanua Wharf. If you wish to take a charter ferry, it will cost $20. If not, wait for other passengers and pay $2.
