- Trekking
‘Eua offers the best trekking in Tonga. You can walk through the pristine forest in ‘Eua National Park and enjoy the views at one of the park’s stunning lookouts. - Four Wheel Drive Island Treks
Hideaway Resort offers some exciting and interactive 4WD tours on ‘Eua’s rugged roads. Visit the park’s scenic
lookouts, see ancient Banyan trees, wild horses and the rare Koki parrots, learn about traditional handcrafts with local villagers or go caving and snorkelling.
- Horse Riding

- Unguided Walks
Independent walkers will find some interesting sights in southern ‘Eua, including the rockgarden cliffs, Liangahu’o ’a Maui (a spectacular natural archway) and wild horses, while Ha’aluma Beach on the southern coast is great for a cooling swim.

There is only one licensed whale watching operator in ‘Eua, Hideaway Whale Watching at Hideaway Resort,
