La Verandah, Le Meridien's primary restaurant, offers elevated views overlooking the tranquility of Erakor Lagoon, the beach pool and lagoon bungalows. La Verandah offers an international a la carte menu and varied theme buffets with an excellent selection of international wines. Open for breakfast from 7am and then for dinner from 6pm. Poolside Bar is open from 10am and the Poolside Grill from 11.30am daily. The grill offers a selection of light snacks or substantial lunch and dinner menu items with a casual South Pacific environment. There is also a superb range of tropical cocktails from the bar.
